I designed a graphical user interface (GUI) to control the Multipuffer eDNA Sampler via RS-232, enabling biologists to run the sampler without engineering support. I also integrated the sampler system onto ROV and AUV platforms, incorporating a python script to trigger sampling upon identification of the thermocline.
